How to handle exam stress?

This deadly combined word "exam stress" if split up into 2 words leads to 2 different words one is "exam" and the other is "stress". Most of you might be knowing these 2 words. I mean it is as familiar as water to everyone. You might be wondering why am I exaggerating these words anyway?

Well it is utmost important for a student to learn the art of dealing with exam stress.

Most of the students, despite of being conceptual and having a good practice, don't score good marks because they are unable to cope up with exam pressure since exam stress takes a toll on them .Covid -19 pandemic has even worsened it for students to focus and concentrate on studies , especially for  'CA Students'.

The actual battle of CA Students is not with ICAI but with themselves .So for winning the battle of ' ME vs. ME '. A student must know  how to deal with exam pressure strategically .

Most students feel how will they be able to complete the so called "WHALE SYLLABUS "of ICAI? The Syllabus is vast & it's the harsh reality of CA course or any other same professional courses and I mean it.

                                            1. PLAN YOUR STUDIES :

     Drink Lots of water to keep your body hydrated all the time.

     Have fruits and fresh vegetables in your diet. Avoid junk food etc

 

 

                      

12. HAVING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS A BOON :

Affirm with the self talk that " I CAN & I WILL "

                                            

13. BE CONFIDENT :

The only thing you need to have is your confidence.

            

14.TALK WITH YOUR PARENTS / TEACHERS / GOOD FRIENDS

They are the only one who can give you the right direction and will stay with you whatever will be the result .

    

                                              

15. STOP COMPARING
:

The only thing which hold back a CA student is comparison . The student thinks about how many more attempts do I have to give ? ..All my friends are in the pink of their health and are enjoying their lives .

It's a natural human tendency that a person feels sorry for where he is and where his peers are ..do you remember Rancho's dialogue in 3 idiots movie - " Dost agar fail hojae to dard hota hai ..lekin agar dost pass hojae aur top kare to boht dukh hota hai "

Do always remember that it is just an exam & not your whole life , so stop worrying so much and troubling your brain with such negative thoughts .

Everybody is leading their own lives and everybody has its own struggles .Do remember Sir Abdul Kalam's thoughts - "People try to copy each other not realising that life has different question papers for everybody ".

CA IS A TOUGH COURSE BUT PEOPLE WHO OPT FOR IT ARE MORE STRONGER
